Kenner's Fembot Action Figure
Only four additional characters from from The Bionic Woman TV series had their likeness made into an action figure.
Those characters being Steve Austin, Oscar Goldman, Sasquatch AKA "Bigfoot" and Janice Whitby's fembot character, Katy:
Although it was primary marketed as a fembot duplicate of Jaime Sommers (an element that never existed on the series)

the action figure came with an additional red hair wigglet, face plate and the traditional knock-out spray that transforms
this fembot action figure into Janice Whitby's Katy:
